Brad Fraser
Brad lives in Singapore and works for Barclays where he is Head of Agency Derivative Services – Asia. Brad is a banking professional with 17 years of experience in Agency derivatives, business management, project and management roles in the Equities, Prime Services and Capital Markets gained through roles in Australia, Singapore, Hong Kong and South Korea.


Max Premson
Pastor Max Premson is a passionate and dedicated leader who has faithfully served in both ministry and the corporate world. Beginning as a youth pastor, he has grown into his role as Lead Pastor of God’s Army Church, which now includes 20 campuses and continues to expand. His ministry is marked by a deep love for God, spiritual wisdom, and a commitment to reaching people through church services, events, and televised programs. He has shared the gospel with thousands and continues to inspire many—especially young people—to pursue a personal relationship with Jesus.
Alongside his pastoral work, Pastor Max has held leadership roles in several international companies, where he exemplified excellence and integrity. He is a devoted husband and father of two, modeling Christ-like leadership in his home and ministry. His life and work continue to encourage others to love and serve God with enduring faith and passion.

Dr. Jay Clark
Dr. Jay Clark is the founder of The Kerusso Institute for Global Leaders and has launched both for-profit and non-profit ventures in the U.S. and abroad. Drawing on his global experience, he developed the Nextgen Global Leaders Program, designed to help organizations identify and equip top talent for international impact.
Jay holds a Ph.D. in Leadership Studies from Piedmont International University, an MBA from Auburn University—with international study at the Czech Management Center in Prague—and a B.S. in Management from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. He currently serves as Managing Director of Nextgen Global Leaders, LTD PTE in Singapore and is affiliate faculty with Johnson University’s MBA program. Jay and his wife, Anne, live in Dallas and have five daughters.
